Dragon's Blood trees; Diksam Plateau, Socotra

These are the legendary 'Dragon's Blood' trees that are endemic to the island of Socotra (part of Yemen, off the mainland in the Arabian sea). The trees are named after their red resin which used to be used by Socotrans as make-up and antiseptic.
