Touareg men on camels - Niger

Taken at the 'Cure Salée 'nomad festival in Niger; a huge annual gathering held every year at the end of the rainy season. Peul & Touareg nomads gather to refresh their herds in the salty pools near the town of Ingall in Niger before heading south for the dry season. It is also a time to renew friendships, hold contests, indulge in courtship, exchange news etc.
